Air shower is a self-contained chamber installed at entrance to cleanroom. It can minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the cleanroom space from personnel and materials.
Air shower can blow high speed heap-filtered airflow of 25m/s to remove the particulate matter and the contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
According to air showering types, there are single-side, top showering and double-side showering combined.
According to door opening types, there are swing door, sliding door and fast speed rolling door available.

For the air shower for people, the size mainly depends on the quantity of workers who enter cleanroom. In addition to our standard sizes listed above, our air shower can be customzied to fit for your on-site conditions
For the air shower for materials, the size mainly depends on the material volume who is taken into cleanroom. and we have different doors to fit for different on-site requirments, like double swing door, sliding door, fast speed roller door.
