This dedicated VFD for fast speed roller door is updated from formal universal VFD, remaining the main functions and stability meanwhile adding core program designed for fast speed door by using absolute value encoder so as to achieve accurate positioning of the door.
The photoelectric sensor will enable PVC curtain to stop when it meets the people or materials which contact the PVC curtain, it works with air bag to ensure safely and smoothly going through the door.
The elastic rubber is mounted at the bottom of PVC curtain, ensuring tight contact with uneven floor. Filled with buffer material, the rubber’s endurability can be improved. The abrasion-resistance rubber strips are mounted at both sides of door frame, reducing noise and increasing sealing effects.
