CLEANROOM DOOR SERIES

Cleanroom doors are specialized doors that are designed to maintain a high level of cleanliness within controlled environments, such as scientific laboratories or manufacturing facilities that require sterile or dust-free conditions  scientific laboratories.

Cleanroom doors are typically made of easily cleanable materials such as stainless steel and tempered glass, and are equipped with seals to prevent any outside contaminants, such as dust or airborne microorganisms from entering the cleanroom.  In some cases, some of cleanroom doors have interlocking mechanisms that ensure only one door can be open at a time, further reducing the risk of outside contamination.

Willson offers several cleanroom doors to fit for different on-site conditions of cleanrooms and customer requirements.

For cleanroom doors, there are three types,

1. Hinged door: including PCGI steel door, stainless steel door, hign pressure laminate(HPL) door, fire exit door or escape door;

2. Sliding door  (manual and automatic)

3. Fast speed roll-up door.
