Machine-made Rockwool Sandwich Panel

Machine-made rockwool sandwich panel, different from hande-made rockwool sandwich panel, has no galvanized steel frame as an enclosure, (For the detailed differences, please click to this post: “Differences between hand-made sandwich panel and machine-made sandwich panel”), pre-coated steel sheets as double skins, rockwool as infill.

With the advantages of best fire and sound resistance ability, rockwool sandwich panels are the most widely used in cleanroom construction, normally as cleanroom wall panels. For cleanroom ceiling panels, considering normally walk-on or walkable ceiling panel, magnesium plate(s) will be added to strengthen the loading and hardness, making the rockwool & magnesium combined sandwich panels take place.

In additon to rockwool sandwich panel, we have widely-used rockwool and magnesium panel, stainless steel panel and HPL panel for your selection.

For the sandwich panels, normally they can be delivered within 15 days if your purchasing quantity is less than 5000 square meters

Yes! According to our experience, you are able to install the sandwich panels by yourselves after our technical directions via illustration and video.

Can you sell the sandwich panels with necessary installation accessories?

Yes! We can calculate not only the sandwich panel quantity required based on your plan layout, but also the installation accessories, including covings, u-channel, hanging members, “+”type connector, etc.
