A static pass box, also known as static pass-through box or transfer hatch,  is a specialized piece of equipment used in cleanroom environments to transfer materials between controlled areas. It helps to prevent the introduction of contaminants by providing a controlled environment for the transfer of materials.

Unlike dynmaic pass box, the static pass box is not equipped with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters and air showering, but it include UV lights for sterilization and an interlock system that prevents both doors from being open at the same time.
