Floor-type pass box is normally designed for big items to be transferred into and out of cleanroom.  In many cases, the big items are placed on the stainless-steel trolley or carts which is pushed into and pulled out of the pass box.

Floor-type pass box has two types, static pass box and dynamic pass box.

Static pass box is equipped with UV germicidal lamp and interlocked two doors. But dynamic pass box, in addition to the UV germicidal lamp and interlocked two doors, is normally equipped with centrifugal fan, HEPA filter, DOP/PAO inlet and outlet and differential pressure gauge.  From the configuration, we will know that the dynamic pass box is suitable for more sensitive or critical applications.

Note: Floor-type pass box are fully custom-made.  The dimensions of the pass box can be determined based on customer’s process requirements.
