A horizontal laminar flow clean bench is a type of laboratory equipment that provides a sterile working environment by directing filtered air in a horizontal flow over the work surface. This creates a barrier between the work area and the surrounding environment, preventing contamination from entering the workspace. These clean benches are commonly used in microbiology, cell culture, and other applications that require a sterile environment to work with delicate samples.
According to the direction of filted airflow, clean bench has two types, one is horizontal laminar flow, another one is vertical laminar flow. Clean bench are widely applied to the fields required of protection of sample or products, such as fungus, microorganism, plant and animal cell culture, food safety ,clinical and hospital infusion preparation, cleanroom, semiconductor fabrication ,biological pharmaceutical, medical equipment fabrication and aerospace, etc.
Features:
- Horizontal laminar flow, open work area, easy operation
- Varied air volume (VAV) blower and voltage regulation via feather-touch control panel to enable air velocity working at an ideal state within work area
-
The work surface is made of SUS 304, corrosion-resistance and easy cleaning
