Hand-made stainless steel sandwich panel, different from machine-made sandwich panel, has a galvanized steel frame as an enclosure, (For the detailed differences, please click to this post: “Differences between hand-made sandwich panel and machine-made sandwich panel”), stainless steel sheets as double skins(one-side stainless steel sheet and another side G.I steel sheet is optional), rockwool blocks by default as infill, meanwhile, polyurathane (PU) and polystyrene (EPS) can be optional as infills on request.
In additon to stainless steel panel, we have widely-used rockwool panel, rockwool and magnesium panel, HPL panel for your selection.
With the advantages of corrosion-resistance, easy cleaning, stainless steel sandwich panels are the most widely used in cleanroom construction, applicable to vaiour industries like biopharma, food, lab, healthcare, hospital, etc.
