Hand-made high pressure laminate (HPL) sandwich panel, different from machine-made sandwich panel, has aluminum frame as an enclosure, (For the detailed differences, please click to this post: “Differences between hand-made sandwich panel and machine-made sandwich panel”), HPL plate (4mm, 5mm) as double skins, rockwool blocks by default as infill, meanwhile, aluminum honeycomb and polystyrene (EPS) can be as infills optionally on request.
In additon to HPL panel, we have widely-used rockwool panel, rockwool and magnesium panel, stainless steel panel for your selection.
With the advantages of resistance to scratches, impact, and wear and tear, and easy cleaning, HPL sandwich panels are widely used in cleanroom construction, applicable to vaiour industries like biopharma, lab, hospital, etc.
